Will my refinished surface look painted?Definitely NOT. You will probably not be able to tell the difference from the original surface - except for the new colour and renewed quality of the surface. Refinishing will give you a professional finish that does not look like DIY. How durable is it and how long will it last? Our coatings are designed for their intended use and applied to ensure maximum durability. We guarantee all of our surfaces for years; however, with proper care and maintenance our quality coatings can last 10 years or longer depending on wear and tear.Just like any surface, a refinished surface can be cracked and chipped if it is abused. What surfaces can be refinished? We can resurface any surface which is ceramic, enamel, wood, plastic, metal, fiberglass, melamine or laminated. We normally resurface kitchen cabinets, ceramic floor tiles, ceramic wall tiles, bench tops, vanities, showers, bath tubs, bathroom wall panels and basins. Kitchens and bathrooms are our specialty, however we can resurface other objects. How do I clean my refinished surface? As with all porcelain, enamel and plastic laminated surfaces, you should use cleaners that do not contain abrasives, bleach or chlorine. What if the surface is damaged. Can it still be resurfaced? We can repair most chips, cracks and damage during the preparation stage, prior to resurfacing. How long before I can use my refinished surface? The refinished surface is usually ready to be used in 24 to 48 hours. How inconvenient will it be?We make it as painless as possible, and in comparison to replacement you will hardly notice us. We don't touch your plumbing or electrics, and in most cases there is no need to even empty your kitchen cupboards. Do we undertake commercial work? Absolutely. We regularly undertake work resurfacing hotel and motel bathroom and kitchen fittings. Contact us to find out more at : commercial@justresurface.co.nz |
